By accessing or using the services provided by Mass Haulers LLC, including our website and mobile messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

Program Name:

Mass Haulers LLC Operational Alerts

Program Description:

Our mobile messaging program is used for operational purposes only. This includes sending automated freight status updates, "1-Hour Heads Up" arrival alerts for site superintendents, and digital signature requests for Bills of Lading (BOL).

Message & Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Message Frequency:

The frequency of messages varies depending on the number of active freight loads associated with your contact information. You can expect messages throughout the duration of an active haul.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions:

  • To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to our number. We will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need more information, reply HELP for assistance.

2. Service Usage

Mass Haulers LLC provides freight transportation and logistics services. Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and location information. Failure to do so may result in service delays or additional fees.

While we strive for 100% reliability, Mass Haulers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen delivery delays or technical issues with our notification system.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
